About Real Estate Invest Expo 2027

Real Estate Invest Expo is an international exhibition dedicated to the real estate and investment sectors, bringing together property developers, investors, real estate companies, construction firms, and industry professionals from Iraq and international markets.

The exhibition provides a professional platform to explore investment opportunities, discover new developments, establish strategic partnerships, and strengthen connections between developers, investors, and potential buyers.

By bringing local and international companies together, Real Estate Invest Expo aims to support the growth of Iraq’s real estate market, highlight emerging investment opportunities, and encourage collaboration across regional and international property markets.

Held under the patronage of the Kurdistan Regional Government, the exhibition is officially inaugurated each year by the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, reflecting its significance in promoting real estate investment and economic development.

The 8th Edition of Real Estate Invest Expo will take place from September 7–10, 2027, at the Erbil International Fairground, Erbil, Iraq, continuing its mission to connect markets, foster partnerships, and create new opportunities for business and investment.
